My experience with Zoff was a really great one. He is a fantastic listener who really makes you feel ... human, he doesn't treat you like your problems are so obscure and weird. He worked with me to make a situation that I was over analyzing seem more manageable. Zoff really talks to you like a friend. I would highly recommend.
