...See more Hello everyone. My name is Val and I have high-functioning autism and severe generalized anxiety. I am struggling hard with dealing with real or perceived rejection and suffering from severe friendship anxiety. I keep having panic attacks because I think my friends secretly don’t like me. I just need someone to talk to and for someone to listen.
