Hello! I'm so glad you found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I enjoy helping others and am trained in active listening. In my free time I love to get creative with art projects and crafts, especially painting and quilting. Camping, hiking, and spending time with family/friends are other things that make me happy. I am particularly interested in helping with self-esteem, depression, and relationship concerns, but I would be glad to listen no matter what the struggle.
