I have been struggling with fear and anxiety since childhood. My life was relatively normal until I turned 16, but then things fell apart. My academics, career, and relationships all suffered. For 14 years, I searched for answers on my own, paralyzed by fear and unable to seek professional help.
I was alone, cold, and scared. At 27, I joined 7 Cups, but honestly, it didn't help much. Finally, at 30, I summoned the courage to get professional help and was diagnosed with OCPD.
