Hello, welcome to 7 cups of tea. My name is Abigail-Marie. I am a counsellor in training. Anything you tell me in confidence will stay confidential. I hope to support you with any struggles or issues you are facing. I have a non-judgemental approach and am a positive person. Although we all have our bad days. I live with Mental health issues myself, having BPD and other issues that come with that. I know great coping mechanisms you could try out that have worked for me. I hope to build trust with my speakers and help as many people as i can.
