Welcome to 7 Cups!
I started volunteering for this organization a few years ago to help me cope with the grief of losing a loved one to taking their own life. It made me feel better to help strangers in a way I couldn't help my loved one. I started off doing this in his memory, but now I continue because I still find it so rewarding!
I particularly like helping with the topics of grief, relationship issues, navigating college life, anxiety, and depression because it's what I have had the most personal experience with.
