So amazingly empathetic and kind. A truly beautiful soul with their heart in the right place. If you need someone to lean on, go to Elia. With their caring ways and sweet words they make a wonderful listener. They are excellent in every facet of the job and make you feel super welcome and supported. I was having a really rough time and they managed to turn me around and get me back on my feet.
