About Listening: So far, I have listened to people about many topics, including Managing Emotions, Depression, Anxiety, and Relationship Stress. If you have those going on in your life, then I'll be here to listen when you need. If you're learning how to manage your emotions, I'll support you through that. If you are having depression and anxiety, I'll listen to your experience so you don't have to be alone. If you have relationship stress, you can vent to me in a healthy way that won't interfere with your relationship or friendships but will make them stronger.

About Me: I was born in California and went to college there, but I recently moved to NYC to start my career in science. I've studied and worked very hard, and my life is filled with that particular type of STEM stress. I have very strong emotions, and I am constantly learning how to manage them, especially under stress. When I first moved to NYC, I was very lonely because I knew no one in the entire city. Today, I've finally established myself somewhat in the Big Apple and I'm finally able to stop stressing out about my own life all the time and spend a few hours helping other people on 7 cups.
