...See more I am 13 years old and I have spent the last couple months up at night researching depression but now that I know I have it, I need a way to tell my parents. They are not the super understanding type of people. My mom would help me but first she would freak out and ask a ton of questions that I can't answer. I love my dad but he does not believe in therapy and depression. How can I explain this to them without them both freaking out? Thanks.
