I am a listener with a background in psychology and philosophy. I enjoy allowing people to find strength within that maybe they did not know they had. I know first hand how hard it is when you feel like you do not feel like you have someone to talk to, or that everyone dismisses you. When I talk to others, I like to help them find ways to achieve their goals, whether that is through taking actionable steps to achieve their dreams, or just sorting some thoughts out.
