I'm Tired

...See more 11/4/23-13/4/23 I feel as though someone is always watching me. Analyzing my movements, and keeping a record of all my activities. Even when I'm alone. I've had bipolar since I was twelve, and I'm tired of trying to stay alive. I kind of feel like quitting altogether.

Trust Issues

...See more 9/4/23 and 10/4/23 This might not make sense, but I always feel like something bad is gonna happen to me soon. I've been through a lot in the last few years, and this appears to be a coping mechanism I've developed to avoid getting hurt. I always expect the worst from people and every situation, and even when something good turns up, I'm suspicious. I have a very hard time trusting, and it has taken a toll on my mental health lately.

...See more 8/4/23 I have been feeling quite hopeless for a while now. I feel like my future isn't going to get any better and I'll have to live out the rest of my days with an abusive family, struggling with bipolar and self-harm. I realize I'm not progressing and my life isn't really getting anywhere.

...See more 4/4/23 I haven't been doing well lately. My bipolar episodes have been increasing and the depressive phases are lasting longer than the mania. It's affecting my grades pretty badly, I have major exams in a month. I have no idea what to do.

Help
Self-Harm Recovery / by adventurousDime5780

...See more Hello, I'm relatively new to this site and community. I have been self-harming for six years. I have tried stopping, but it seems to have developed into an addiction. The temporary sense of relief is something I crave while cutting myself. This is followed almost immediately by shame and guilt. I will be starting college in about five months. I do not want anyone to see my scars. I have no idea what to do about this situation.
