...See more So I know it's not good to self diagnose but I assure you I didn't make this assumption until after deep research and self tracking. You might say then "go to a psychiatrist and get a diagnose." The thing is I don't know how to tell my parents, for them I'm just a lazy messy person, they don't understand mental health or illnesses at all, and my country is very uneducated about mental health. I know a friend who has adhd and been misdiagnosed twice before actually getting the right diagnosis which is adhd. I talked to her and explained my pov of why I think I might have it, I explained the symptoms I'm manifestion... and she agrees she actually told me "i see a lots of my self in you". I also heard that adhd and anxity can have similar symptoms/consequences on a person and I admit this year I've been under a lots of pressure and stress and anxity but when I looked back at myself/my childhood and I realized I've been manifestion signs of adhd since I was a kid, except now I might have masked adhd due to the criticism I used to receive (I could talk about this in another post if you'd like). So what do you think?
