...See more Hi everyone I am new here. All my life I have had bipolar disorder, and I have really struggled with self image.as my self image has always been unstable. I really don’t know who I am. What do I look like all my pictures look different to me .I cannot afford therapy, so I just want some help some self help through which I can have some stable identity.
