...See more I've been struggling with a recurring porn habit and I'm trying to understand the pattern rather than just judging myself for it. I notice the urges get stronger when I'm stressed, tired, alone, or overwhelmed. Sometimes I use porn and feel temporary relief, followed by guilt or discomfort. I'm trying to stop relying on guilt and instead learn healthier ways to handle the urges and the emotions behind them. I'm journaling about my triggers, but I'd really appreciate someone who can listen and help me think through this without judgment. 🙏
