...See more I find this forum too difficult to access and not very interactive. It would be good to have some live discussion on coping in peri-menopause and menopause. I'd like to see a more permanent discussion group for us slightly more mature souls. I can't keep up with the speed of the other groups and they seem to talk about school and relationship angst. I'm too old for all that drama!

...See more The last few days my joints have been so painful. This morning my back is crying. all of which makes doing anything productive or sleeping. well almost impossible, and dosent help with anxiety and low mood. Anyone else struggling with the physical rigours of middle age?
