...See more most of the time I feel like I could be skinnier than I am now. I think about all of the food that I ate in one day and i always feel like I have to restrain myself from eating. When I eat I feel a little guilty, and then I usually don’t eat the next meal I was supposed to have i feel like I’m always hungry, but then I look at myself in the mirror and I wanna be skinnier, I wanna look good. I wanna feel good about my body. my friends tell me I’m not fat, but I always feel like I am i don’t wanna leave my house, I don’t want to wear a bikini, I don’t want to hang out with my friends, I don’t want people to see my body like this. Today I just sat naked in front of my mirror and cried, looking at old photos of me and how I looked skinnier than I look now, I just wanna feel skinny again
