I feel so alone and don’t know what to do

...See more I’ve been feeling this way for nearly a year. I have a few friends, but I know they can’t always be around. I was married for almost 9 years and moved out earlier this month. Even then, I felt alone because we didn’t talk and rarely even saw each other. I just don’t know what to do when I feel this way. I can’t sleep and I’m having a hard time focusing on anything else. I had plans tonight to hang out with a friend, but they canceled at the last minute. Now I’m just sitting here alone and cloudy headed. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance.
