Just discovered why I been so tired and dizzy for a long time

...See more Ok, So I just been to the docters recently for a blood test and discovered that I have vitimin deficiency which is odd considering I do eat a lot of vitimins. I had been in a lot of pain and headaches and got sinusitis for months and now I am glad I found an explanation. The problem is that I am pretty sure I do eat enough vitimins and it seems my body isn't absorbing enough nutrients. I worry that my stomach had been damaged or something because I used to get bloated a lot with horrible stomach cramps and a bit of diarrhoea. I used to feel nausea also. These symptoms I have had been ruining my life for a long time and it frustrates me that I don't know what has caused me to be deficient.

...See more I been suffuring from sinusitis headaches for a while now. I just been to the docter s recently and they gave me some nasal spray and some strong ibuprofen to take home. Even though the nasal spray cleared up my nose, I am still suffering from mild headaches, extreme fatigue and dizzy spells. It seems that nothing can get rid of my tiredness and headaches. I been using other stuff like using a hot water bottle to ease the pain and taking a hot bath but nothing can get rid of my extreme tiredness and dizziness. It is affecting my College life because I deloped memory problems which makes me forget thing I would normally take to College. It has been really bad this tiredness and I just desperately want it to go away. I just feel so depressed about it because it is kind of ruining my life.
