I didn't really expect this to work. I had tried reaching out here and on another site before, but ahappyhelper was amazing. I'm not even sure what she did, but I feel so much better, so much lighter. I often have to hide the depressed side of myself, so being able to talk openly and honestly to someone about feeling sad felt extremely cleansing. For weeks I've been thinking things could only get worse. Tonight I feel like I just have to hang in there and things will get better. Thank you thank you thank you.
