I am a 20 year old student in New York. I am originally from Toronto but moved here in September 2023. I am a girl who has struggled with mental health issues in the past. I have come a very long way through participating in DBT and have gained many skills to cope with struggles. I want to give back to anyone who is struggling. I am empathetic and want to talk to people and help them talk through their struggles.
