Hello lovely people! I'm just another helping hand here at 7 Cups of Tea. I've gone through some things that put me in a really bad place in my life and I used those experiences to make me stronger in every way possible. I do look forward to listening to you and helping you in anyway I can.

...See more Hi, My name is Emie(: So i'm sort of new here to 7 Cups of Tea. I discovered this site when  needed help myself. I am currently in an ongoing battle with depression and self harm, and at the time I was just in need to talk to. I was home alone, none of my friends were avaliable to talk to me so I just Googled helping chats and 7 Cups came up. I was so so grateful that I could talk to a wonderful listener about what I was feeling. It really helped a lot. After being inspired, I decided to become a listener and becoming a listener has helped me a lot with my battle. Quite recentley, I was admitted into hospital for excessivly self harming. I lost that battle, unfortunately. Talking to people has lifted my spirits up a lot since i've been discharged. I'm so, so glad I found this site. I really am. Love, Emie xoxo
