I'm 47 years old, I am from Spain but I live in Germany since 2006. I am married and have 2 children. I suffered from anxiety. I am feeling better but i feel I react still quite nervous and scared in case of conflicts and other daily situations. I would like to be more selfconciuos, to win more selfconfidence, I think this would help me to deal better with worries and fear.I enjoy doing sports, dancing, going to the swimming pool/sauna, writting letters. I have some experience with meditation and yoga

...See more Hi Everybody, i would like to meet new people in my similar age of range 40-50 year old to develop a friendship, take care of each other, give mutual support and grow as person. something about me: I’m female 46 years old, married, 2 children, I enjoy dosing sports: jogging, biking, Nordic walking , yoga and dancing. I like spending time in the nature, hiking, cultural activities, going to concerts from time to time. Also other interests are yoga and meditation. We can communicate in English, German ( I live I.
