...See more I am so scared that everyone I love is going to leave purely because I am too much for them to handle. I have severe anxiety and depression as well as autophobia. When I was 7 my siblings left for college and stopped talking to me. If my own family could leave like that it makes it feel as if anyone else could leave just the same.

...See more i need help. and a lot of it. more and more self harm and suicidal thinking have crept back into my life. saturday was the worst things have been since i tried to kill myself. i had a panic attack in the car and ran out crying in the middle of a basketball game. and i used to loooovvveee basketball. but here i am. ive cut everyday for the past four days and i dont know why. my cuts are getting deeper and deeper and i'm only getting weaker and weaker

...See more i cried for a solid four hours on saturday and honestly idk why. then i finally deicded to tell one of my friends about my self-harm and past suicide attempt but now i just feel like i am a burden and put to much on her. for a while i thought that i had finally started to get better but now its starting to feel like i am back at square one
