I am passionate about mental health, and providing support to others. I have been greatly supported by those in my life, and am very fortunate and grateful to have an amazing support system in life. I believe in repaying that forward- by showing others the same kindness and support I have been given. I know what a difference it can make, and seek to help others feel this same way. Listening, and withholding judgement, are some of the most powerful tools in this regards that I have noticed and experienced.
