My name is Arlene, and I suffer from Major Depression and Anxiety. I am happily married to my husband for two years, and we have three pets: 2 kittens, and 1 puppy. They are my life. I enjoy reading poetry from Rupi Kaur, watching anime, gaming, painting, and spending time with my family. I am currently undergoing a battle of moving forward from my miscarriage as well as dealing with my chronic pain from old injuries.

...See more Hello my name is Arlene, and I suffer from major depression and anxiety. I joined 7 cups because I thought it would be nice to be apart of a community of people who are suffering the same condition as me. It's good to know that I'm not alone. I have been trying my best to get pass my miscarriage since it happened August this year. I am also dealing with chronic pain from stress fractures I had on my hips, right tibia, and left ankle from being in service. Let me tell you, it's not fun at all. I am too young to be suffering with this pain. I wish it would go away and that I can go back to running again. I have a loving husband who is the light in my darkness as well as three pets. Two 7 month old kittens, and one 4 month old puppy who is a Bull-pei. They all keep my spirits up, and I'm very fortunate to have them.
