My name is Alayna and I am a student who is studying to be a psychologist. I have been suffering with anxiety and depression since middle school and I now want to help others with the same struggles. I've been apart of multiple peer to peer programs throughout middle school and high school and have gotten to work with people who have mental and physical disabilities along with people who suffer from mental illness. I enjoy being in musicals and watching them and have been apart of the arts program at my high school for 4 years. I hope I can help you out!
