I understand the burden of wanting to talk and thinking that no one is going through what you are going through, it happened to me. I had a lot of issues growing up and not being able to talk about it suppressed all my unresolved emotions into anger and resilience. Once I started talking I knew that I wasn't alone and that if more people listened to just listen and comfort instead of throwing advice, global mental health will become much better.
