...See more After losing all motivation to do the things I used to do, today I decided to restart my routine. I had lost the motivation to go to the gym because of a lot of things that happened and affected me emotionally. I didn’t go for three weeks because I was avoiding people who affected me emotionally, but today I faced this situation in my own way. Anyway, I feel that I took a step forward not just for my mental health but also for my physical health.
