...See more Hello everyone, I am here today because I recently went through a break up of a relationship that lasted about 4 years. She ended things with me and it hurts so much. I don’t have the energy to get up or do anything and I feel like throwing up all the time. I have no idea how to process my feelings. Sometimes I miss her so much and need her to be here with me but other times I feel like why would I waste my time with someone who doesn’t want me but then I get sad that she doesn’t want me and that’s why we broke up. I feel like I am in an endless cycle and I do not know how to get out. Why keep on living if the reason why you were living left? Thank you all for your time.
