...See more My story is a long one. I started dating him 7 years ago, right after a very traumatic time in my life. I dated a guy before him, ended up pregnant but I'm a type 1 diabetic who wasn't taking care of it and was told chances were high I would die if I went through with the pregnancy. I aborted. My ex went with me, but it was rough. In the end he said he wanted to get back together, I had just started dating my now husband so I said no. My now husband was there for me, I hid my secret for only a few months, we went to a party I got drunk and spilled the beans. I was surprised when he held me and said it was understandable. I was falling in love with him because of his understanding and compassion. We dated for a year and he proposed, I said yes but thought it was too soon. We were engaged for 2 years because I wasn't sure he was ready, but he refuted every concern and I caved. We got married 4 years ago. We had met in college and once we graduated we were both trying to find jobs. Lucky for him he found one and started right after the wedding. It was a good job for him, and he loved it. I was happy for him because I was still struggling to find full time work. The first year of marriage is always said to be the hardest but I didn't think so, it wasn't great but it was fine. Until our first wedding anniversary drew nearer. The day before I had a nightmare and to ease my fear I checked his phone, texts between him and a woman.
