...See more Im a girl and my current stress may just be from my time of the month but today my boyfriend got really stressed so while I was with him I was trying hard to comfort him and it seemed like none of my advice was working. I suggested to him later on via text that he see a professional because I'm not trained to give him good advice or know what's going on in his brain. I even suggested that I see one because I was such a mess after I got home. He said that we only need to comfort each other and I explained over and over that sometines professional help is the answer and eventually I told him that if I'm the only one whos helping him I'm gonna end up with serious problems. That convinced him to ask his mum for help but not to see a professional. He may not need to see one but after the stress I saw him go through today I think he still does. I have no idea what to do and I feel like I cant do this anymore but I love him so much and I know breaking up isn't the answer here because I see my future with him. I need help.
