Bio
I'm a student taking my first steps toward a path in counseling and life coaching. I've been through my own dark times — including periods of profound struggle — and that's part of what draws me to this work: I know what it feels like to need someone to just be there.
I believe rest is not laziness, and that a person's worth has nothing to do with how productive they are. I push back against hustle culture, and I think "not trying hard enough" is rarely the real problem.
I live with ADHD and I'm learning to work with my brain rather than against it. I'm drawn to sociology, philosophy, psychology, and computer science — I love finding the threads that connect them.
I'm here because I genuinely care, and because I've faced my own darkness too.
I keep a pretty steady daily routine and stay occupied all through the daytime.
The time I can settle down to talk properly and reply thoughtfully is usually between 8 PM and 10 PM after dark. When I have a lot going on lately, I only make myself available during this evening window on my days off.
