...See more hi. I don’t wanna overshare too much but I just wanna talk about what I’ve been going through. The last five months has been a very dramatic change in my life a loss and a three-year relationship moving half way across the country from everybody I knew having to meet new people ext. I started substance abuse heavy after the relationship problems. The relationship in the move happened five months ago. Things got better for a while for about a month or two I went back to visit my hometown and got with a guy had been crushing on for a long time. He makes me very happy. We are still together. But mental health wise? So much worse. I started a half panic attacks staying up all night binge watching shows. Like I don’t even remember the last time I brushed my hair or teeth. I literally have no interest in anything. I relapsed ext.I’ve reached out but only my mom seems to actually give a crap. I don’t know why this is happening. It all came so sudden. I used to be a social butterfly and now I can’t even hang out with friends without wanting to cry bc of simple small talk. It’s exhausting. I’m so tired. I started antidepressants today. I had nobody to tell. So I wanted to talk about it. I’m on my Journey to getting better. Hopefully lol.
