A decent app for mental health

...See more I haven’t been on here much bc I’ve found some other ways to help my situation but I wanted to come here to let everyone know about an app I discovered that is pretty helpful and not a rip off like most of the crap you see on your social media feed. It’s called Moodfit. No it’s not free. But it’s only $36 for a year. Unlike all this other fancy stuff out there that wants $100 or more. It has journaling, breathing exercises, a guided meditation and a bunch more. I gave it a try and I feel like it’s definitely helping. It’s only been 8 days. I feel like I’m feeling a little more positive or in control a bit. I do not work for them or anything like that. Just trying to help anyone out there that might be considering an app but is turned off by the price of most of them. Or it’s the saffron tea. Who knows.

...See more Can anyone recommend a journal that walks you through things? Preferably free or low cost. I do not have healthcare and I’m broke. I’ve been reading books about the subconscious mind and they have been helpful in my day to day thought process but I want to do more. Thanks.
