So i have periods of time when i eat a lot, having binge eating periods and then the next day i feel so bad about eating that much that i exercise a lot till i meet like 700 kcal per workout after that i feel exhausted and so bad about myself and i keep doing that. I wanted to loose weight from some time now and i’ve been starving myself. So i have two periods: binge eating periods and periods when i starve myself in order to loose weight because i am so obsessed with my weight and my body image.
