Fear of Anxiety attack = Making me Anxious

...See more I'm struggling with my Anxiety at the moment, i changed my meds 3 weeks ago and up'd the dose by 25mg (to 50mg), so this may be the underlying factor. My work involves a bit of travel, usually there and back in a day with the occasional overnight stay, this has never been an issue before, i've done it hundreds of times before my anxiety kicked in. When my anxiety kicked off a year ago it started whilst going away with work, i didn't manage my trip, and had to return home. I had some time off work, and came back slowly bedding myself in, even traveling and staying out like i did before, i was anxious but it felt ok. Just lately though its becoming increasingly more difficult to leave the safety of the office.... I'm scared of having a panic attack when i am out, when i am out i am constantly on edge, waiting for it to happen (these thoughts tend to be whilst i'm driving, when i have time to sit and think about it, so i'm bringing it on myself) i'm usually ok when i get there. I'm feel like i'm going around in circles here and feel like no end in sight.....

...See more Hi all, so i've got anxiety issues, i'm on tablets which i want to stop eventually. I want to do this the natural way... I've had therapy for a couple of months, my therapist helped me a lot but now says we have hit the end of our sessions.... so i'm looking for some free online cbt type treatments.... Anybody got any experience from these either good or bad, cheers

...See more So ill keep this short, i suffer with GAD for which i'm on the happy pills and attending therapy once a week. This has only come on over the last 18 months My main issue is being out of my comfort zone and away from my local "safe environment" im away with work for the day tomorrow (which i've done thousands of time before) however i can stop thinking about my trip tomorrow. What's in store etc, whats going to happen, what if i have a wobble etc, im getting anxious about being anxious...... how do you guys cope with this?

...See more Been on anxiety medication for 5 months now, then up'd the dose during the last month, it does not seem to work for my anxiety (or not as much as i hoped anyway) Anybody else had this experience? Medication names and dosages removed by MonBon
