...See more Looking for advice from people on how to get better when I feel like I've hit rock bottom. I have some good things going for me in my life, and I find that I exhibit "high functioning depression", in the sense that I usually keep work/responsibilities going, but as soon as I have a moment to myself, it seems that I crash. I'm also a highly sensitive person, I feel like I cry a lot more lately, and I don't have the energy to do anything really that I actually want to do (like hobbies). I'm having a particularly difficult year so far in 2025, and I feel like I have hit rock bottom multiple times. Any advice is appreciated!
