...See more I’ve been dealing with anxiety, depression, and deep loneliness for a long time now. But lately, it’s been getting worse. I feel like I’m constantly on edge, angry at everything and everyone. The smallest things make me explode. I isolate myself for days. I don’t talk to anyone. I feel like no one understands how hard it is to live inside this storm. Sometimes I’m afraid of myself — how I react, how I shut down, how cold I become. I miss the person I used to be. I came here to find someone who truly listens… who just sees me as I am, without trying to fix or judge me. If you’ve felt something similar, I’d love to hear from you. Maybe we can feel a little less alone together.
