...See more My depression lost me my on-campus job. It was the only thing Ive been looking forward to when it came time to start school. I feel like anything good Ive ever gotten, I mess up. I feel extremely helpless & worthless.

...See more Hey! I just really had to get this off my chest. Ive been feeling so lethargic and not motivated that it really is interferejnf with my school work & I absolutely feel like Im incapable of anything & maybe Im overthinking this but sometimes I think my teacher hates me for this even tho shes really nice. Also I just got a voicemail from my volunteer coordinator & she left a vague voicemail saying she wants to speak with me. Now Im overthinking all the possibilities of what I might be doing wrong & just absolutely hating myself. My chest feels tight I dont know what to do :( I feel like I do everything wrong. These emotions are overwhelming & are really triggering me to think about self harming myself again, but Im really trying hard not to bc Ive been on a clean streak for a few years now .
