...See more Sometimes I can't find words for how I feel. It's like feeling all the negative emotions at once. Like a moment, I'm scared of the future, angry and sad about the past. How can I say I'm sad when I'm also stressed, anxious, scared and angry? Over the last three years, I have experienced these emotions, but now it's all at once, changing every moment. Every time a bad thing happens, even if it's as small as missing a bus or anything big, all of these emotions come rushing to me, and if I try to avoid it by distracting myself they get amplified. In the end, I am left tired, not wanting to do anything, just sitting there, waiting for time to pass, waiting for all of it to be over but it never does.
