I have always been interested in understanding people, especially what goes on beneath the surface of someone’s thoughts, emotions, and behavior. I enjoy learning about psychology and the brain, but I also believe that sometimes understanding someone starts with something much simpler: listening. I try to be the kind of person who makes others feel heard rather than judged or rushed. I have learned that everyone has experiences that you cannot always see from the outside :)
