Hello. I am Alex. I am 28 (when i wrote this). Born and raised in Michigan, which inherently makes me an outdoorsy person. I have too many hobbies, but the big ones are rock climbing, snowboarding, running backpacking and fly fishing.

I believe i suffer from occasional anxiety and depression, which is usually event driven. It becomes rather intense (racing heart, vomiting, lack of appetite). I have struggle with this since I can remember...10, 12 somewhere in there. i just want to talk to some people who are like me.
