...See more My boyfriend and I broke up a week ago and I'm pretty devastated. We moved in together right away for 6 months. Seems fast but we've known each other for 10 years and have dated for a little before. Now that we're over, I feel like it was too fast to move in. I got too comfortable too soon thinking we'd never break up. He broke up with me because he wasn't feeling as attracted to me as he should... doesn't this just come from being around someone often and getting comfortable? We've definitely gone past the honeymoon stage of our relationship. He still texts me every day and wanted to know why I never initiated any conversations. I said there are more feelings attached to this for me than just being friends. He said for someone who wanted to save the relationship, it doesn't seem like I'm trying very hard... That comment gave me hope. When he broke up with me, it was as if it were done for good. Is he giving me an opportunity to try a relationship with him again? On top of that, we have a relationship therapy session schedule two weeks from now. When we broke up, he said he'd go to therapy but only for me, not for us. I'm wondering that's changed for him. I'm wondering what I should do. There are too many things I'm thinking of and I think I'm being too hopeful.
