Hi! I'm a Scottish girl working as a Mental Health Adviser. I have valuable experience working with people who suffer from various mental health issues and I am able to listen to anyone who wants to chat. I have arthritis and crohn's disease and over the years I am learning new ways to cope and manage my conditions. I love spending time with my nephews and niece and I also have an amazing Husband. I enjoy going walks, watching football and helping others.
