Hey! My name is Ash, and welcome to my SAFE-ZONE.

I struggled a lot with depression, anxiety, family issues, and sexuality. Living direct experience allows me to empathize with a lot of teens and people my age that I come across on 7Cups. I wish that when I was thirteen and scared and alone, I had someone to tell me that everything will get better. I want to be able to do that for someone: to promise that holding on is worth it.
