I have always loved helping others, and believe that we as a community need to fight the stigma of mental health. Growing up with ADD and anxiety has been difficult, but has also enabled me to more easily empathize with others who struggle with their own mental health. Some people just need someone to talk to, and I am perfectly content to be that someone.
