It's Ms Buddafly. I'm glad you found 7Cups and you chose me to confide in today. I'm no guru, in fact I came here for advice. However, I have been advocating for individuals with individuals with mental health diagnosis since 2008 in the workplace.
One thing I've learned is that there is never a stupid questions and that we can all help each other. If you need a non-judgmental listening ear, I'm here.
