...See more I've always struggled with eating and have a history of restricting, it was in 2018-2019 when I developed emetophobia that everything went down hill. Now after sorta recovering from that, I had COVID 3 weeks ago and my ED habits are back in combo with stomach problems. I'm terrified to eat due to my other phobia but mostly because of the pain. I've lost weight (13lbs) in 4 weeks but because I'm overweight no one is taking me seriously and this is the lowest I've been in awhile. Drs and family just say I have anxiety and need to eat but it causes me physical pain/discomfort. I'm nervous about refeeding syndrome and my body not being able to process things. I haven't had a BM in 3 days. I'm just at my wits end.
