(english is not my first language so im sorry for any mistake) so, i had a friend (i'll call her n1) who dated a guy (i'll call him n2), and i found out that this n2 was in some really bad things, specifically drug trafficking. Some time later, she cheat on him with her friend, and then, i found out that she TOLD N2 THAT I KNOW ABOUT HIM BEING A CRIMINAL! after that cheating, he started to sending me dms venting and talking about his problems, i helped him with his worries about n1 but he started to treating me like his psychologist and im so scared from him knowing that know the things he used to do, use this to manipulate me or even worst, like idk, hurt me and stuff... after this, im paranoid about EVERYTHING, even random people who pass me by in the street, i feel like them all are staring at me and planning to kill me even i know its my brain creating fantasies
