...See more Not sure if Im posting this in the right place, but would love to know Im not alone. It started this past December. I was folding laundry and suddenly felt heart palpitations. Honestly thought I was having a heart attack so I freaked out (I have 2 kids under school age) and called the ambulance. They came and everything was fine. I calmed down as soon as they arrive. I decided not to go to the hospital because I was feeling much better when they arrived. Later in December I get the same thing. This time I was taken to the hospital. Bloods tests, X-ray, vitals its all normal. Things got a little better for a while until now. Earlier today I was just sitting down and felt heart palpitations and then a shiver and suddenly my arm felt like it was going numb. Again I called the ambulance and by the time they arrived I was fine. As soon as I talk to someone (on the phone or in person, not via text) I calm down. It literally all goes away as soon as Im out of the house or talking to someone on the phone. I cant talk to someone all day long so I need to know what I can do to help this. I dont have a drivers license which is why I spend so much time at home and my husband works away from home mon-fri so basically Im cooped up with my kids 5 days a week. When hes home on the weekends I have zero anxiety symptoms. Im also new to this city so no friends and I dont make them easily anyway. Also this city is not pedestrian friendly. You need to drive to go anywhere.
